[OPLINTECH] Google Docs legal issues

This is an interesting legal perspective on Google Docs. According to
Google's TOS, Google isn't responsible for you losing your docs due to
account termination or even if Google accidentally deletes them. No
surprise there. So what if you've stored a document and you no longer
have access to it...and it's subpoenaed...You're in direct violation of
the law when you can't produce the document. Something to consider in
the event any libraries out there use ANY online document storage services.
