[OPLINTECH] Since I miss-posted, here's the finish of the APC situation

Powered up the laptop at home last night and had 3 APC emails.
4:00 pm Automated confirmation of 3 NET7's shipping next business day.
4:17 pm Supervisor in Schneider-Electric's APC Customer care Center with
soothing verbiage.
She had received my email forwarded from one of the PR people.
5:25 pm *Shreevathsa Puthraya* | *Schneider Electric *(first level person I was
dealing with)
Shreevathsa mentioned "I ensure that we here at APC are committed to create
delighted customer."
And today 6:16 am PO confirmation number's.
This was a personal best time to completion.
I get involved with some manner of project like this once or twice a year.
Usually takes a few days or even into weeks for results.
You play the game until it seems time to escalate. Each one is different.
This one: 58 minutes after the 'bump it up a level" email.
