[OPLINTECH] FWIW eTicket - a PHP-based electronic support ticket system

Not sure if this s/w was mentioned before.


A few weeks ago Chauncey (director) found and installed eTicket.
Not quite open source, but can be modified.

Seems to be working for the little bit we have used it so far.

Two categories (Technology & Maintenance) were setup initially.
