[OPLINTECH] remote control

In the past, I've used RDP (though in a large university setting), VNC
(like Chad, with TightVNC, though in an ISP setting), and use Team Viewer
for personal use (my mom and grandmother's computers don't fix
themselves!). The options laid out so far, with the caveat that we don't
know the specifics of your setup, are all very solid so don't be afraid to
try a couple and see what fits best for you.
Thanks,
