[OPLINTECH] OPLIN e-mail failure

It seems like lotsa folks have already set up gmail accounts, contacted
their domain host about email, etc., etc. So to avoid confusion, IF we get
a temporary, simple mail server set up, we'd probably ask folks to contact
us and request a temporary account.
