[OPLINTECH] Possible Shutterfly problem with W10 recent update and/or (ESET A/V, Chrome or Edge, OPERA browsers

Does shutterfly use the java or NPAPI plugin. That would explain Edge and
Chrome's issue with the site. Firefox and IE still allow the use. Both
Chrome and Edge have no support for those two popular plugins.
