[OPLINTECH] Helpdesk and asset management software

For help desk we're using Jitbit and have been very happy with it. We use it for internal help desk tickets for IT and facilities departments, and also use it to handle our ask us (email reference), ILL requests, and book recommendation requests from patrons.
