[OPLINTECH] Helpdesk and asset management software

Hello all,

I have used several over the years including;  Spiceworks, GFI, Zoho,
Zendesk, FreshService, Jira, and vTiger. We are in the process of moving to
Jira so that both IT and PR are using roughly the same processes. We are
moving from Spiceworks due to the limitations and issues I've been having
with the app lately. In the last few weeks, the app hasn't been saving
responses properly and isn't customizable enough for PR usage. I really
like the Spiceworks community, but need something that will work as more of
a complete ITSM service desk. If you want more details, please give me a
call.
