Hi Scott,

Are you looking for a "mobile" print solution (where patrons could bring
their own device or print from home) with patron limits?

Envisionware's PC Reservation and LPT Print solution can automatically
interface with most ILS' to automatically create a database record when a
Patron logs into a PC running the software. Parameters can be set on the
Authentication Accounting Module database to credit patrons a certain
dollar amount that expires each day, anything above that could be handled
with a coin tower or other procedure to refill the account balance. A cost
per print can also be specified.

I'm not sure if you have a similar configuration in place now but you are
having difficulties with the database for unregistered users?
