[OPLINTECH] *External* Replacement for Adobe Acrobat Pro

I'm not personally familiar with BentoPDF. But if suitable, I wonder if
OPLIN would be willing to host BentoPDF (or similar) centrally for
everyone. Staff doing "free PDF editor" web searches for their occasional
editing needs and randomly hitting unscrupulous "free" PDF tools/websites
seems to be a recurring issue for several of the small libraries I work
with. Trying to educate certain staff (Directors included) is like playing
whack-a-mole. With a toothpick.
