[SEO-Members] question about "lost in transit" claims being denied

The last 6 claims that I have made for lost/and damaged items in transit
have been denied. Pictures of damaged items have been sent with the claim
but still denied.
 I did send Priority an email asking as to why. Still waiting for a
response back.
