[SEO-Updates] Reminder: Libraries Can Use WorkFlows Offline Mode During Network Outage

Hello Everyone,
As a reminder, if your library is unable to connect to Symphony during the current network outage, you can continue limited circulation operations using WorkFlows Offline Mode. .
Before switching to Offline Mode, please verify that WorkFlows cannot connect using the SEO cloud backup server (cloud.backup.seolibraries.org). The backup connection may be available during service disruptions.
When using Offline Mode, SEO recommends limiting activity to:

  *   Item Checkouts
  *   New Patron Registration

Once connectivity has been restored, log back into WorkFlows as soon as possible so offline transactions can be processed and synchronized with Symphony.
