[OPLINTECH] Networking issue

Your DNS servers are different between the patron computer and yours. The
primary DNS, which is also your DHCP server is common between both of them,
but the secondary is different. If 192.168.0.8 is no longer available (I
assume it isn't because it's the same as your WINS server) and you're
having problems with your primary DNS server, then the patron computer
won't be able to resolve names.

Try to see if DNS is resolving on your patron computer.
