The good folks at the State Library of Ohio have undertaken a new
project--developing and implementing a staff competency in Customer Focus.
 This webinar will feature the irrepressible Matthew Dyer, Head of Employee
Services at the State Library.  Attendees will

   - explore assessment tools that are being used by various state agencies
   and how these tools are being used to change the culture of the state
   government's workforce
   - understand why and how the State Library of Ohio is implementing a
   staff competency in Customer Focus
   - learn about how a Customer Focus competency can have a positive impact
   in their libraries
   - acquire an overview of two customer service training programs which
   may be useful for their libraries
