[OPLINTECH] Faxing Options

We use a digital fax service through our ScannX Book Scan Center. Regular
scan services are self-supported, but the fax requires a staff member to
unlock it since we do not have an integrated payment system. It works well,
with the exception that people forget how long it takes to send a fax and
receive confirmation (30-60+ seconds per page).
