Current SEO consortium documentation can be found on our support site in the Knowledge Base. https://support.servingeveryohioan.org/support/home You must register and login to view all documentation. If you do not find information on any certain topic, please contact SEO and we can either find the documentation or create it if needed.

Hi all,

I'm working on drafting a "how to" document that could sit at our circulation desk so that staff can look up common procedures (like registering a user, billing a user, using Enterprise catalog, etc).
Does anyone have a similar document you use at your libraries? Does anyone know if SEO has already created this sort of document? I like the training videos they provide, but don't want staff to have to consult a video while assisting a patron. I found some very old documents for this, but couldn't find anything recent.
Any additional feedback, samples/templates, or suggestions are very welcome.
